* Fixed minor bugs and refactored code in the vicinity of EditPage::edit().

Vary the cache on session, Token and LoggedOut cookies, but not UserID cookie. The session and Token cookies are necessary because they can represent credentials. The UserID cookie is sometimes present after the credential cookies are expired and thus the request is anonymous. Need to vary on the LoggedOut cookie to prevent Squid from returning a 304 response for a logged-in page view cached on the client. Presumably this could be better dealt with with ETags.

Always send Cache-Control: private when there is a cache-varying cookie present, to prevent pollution of the logged-in user cache with logged-out page views. This missing logic is why people have been reporting getting logged out.

Fix rendering of filepageexists message. Previously was incorrectly raw HTML, with a misspelled "parseinline" setting. Then that was removed. Then the "parseinline" was returned, spelled correctly. However since the parameter *is* a raw HTML link currently, had to add 'replaceafter'

Remove no longer used patch files.

Have update.php change the functions to their new builtin tsearch2 versions if Postgres >= 8.3

Fix for r30957: instead of just removing the misspelled parameter, fix the spelling! :)

* Introduced OutputPage::addWikiMsg() and OutputPage::wrapWikiMsg(), to make it easier to avoid double-parsing. Double-parsing introduces differences between the old and new parsers.
* Used the new functions in the relevant places throughout the core. Where this was not possible, used wfMsgNoTrans() to avoid double-parsing.
* Calling wfEscapeWikiText() on a title before passing it to a message is unnecessary and causes bugs. The best idea is to let the message do its own escaping. Removed wfEscapeWikiText() from the caller of addedwatchtext, removedwatchtext, deletedtext, protect-text, nosuchusershort and movepage-moved. Updated all message files to use <nowiki>$1</nowiki> where appropriate in these messages.
* Removed unnecessary empty message handling from semiprotectedpagewarning
* Removed nonsense warning about the output of wfMsg() not being safe for inclusion in HTML.
* Changed wfShellExec() to use passthru/ob_get_contents instead of exec(). This avoids corruption of whitespace in the response.
* Added $wgValidateAllHtml feature, to optionally validate HTML on output.
* Fixed missing newline in cascadeprotected in MessagesEn.php
* Belatedly updated addedwatchtext to take account of the new "monobook" skin. No unwatch link in the sidebar anymore.

Fix for bug 13004, in which the Postgres full-text search has too many results,
so it throws an error. Created a "too many" class as an alternate search result
to return, and consider any error in SearchPostgres when running the actual search as a "too many"
problem. Not an ideal solution, but I'm not sure how to get at the error message
without requiring a newer version of PHP.

Get Postgres version for future use.

Revert 30902: it was (as the style rule clearly said) putting a page break before *every single heading*.  This was probably going to be a waste of paper, insofar as my five-line test page got spread out over three or four pages when I checked print preview.

We could add page-break-after: avoid;, but I don't think this is necessary or useful unless someone can demonstrate that it actually changes some browser's behavior.  Most browsers don't support the avoid value of page-break-*, and I strongly suspect that those that do already have this rule for h* in their default stylesheets, per the CSS 2.1 suggested default HTML 4 stylesheet: <http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS21/sample.html>
