* some updates to the api_proxy examples and code
* display:none on iframe for ~background~ requests
* append to page example added to testApiProxy.html
* We could make some optimization by thinning out the MediaWiki:ApiProxy page by replacing it with a simple page without styles & extra js
* added a iframe status callback for quicker timeouts
