Update and minor clean up of release-notes

* also for 5b5cdec7e56dd12a45f915766cdc9eaf62174cd6.
  (QUnit update to v1.8.0).

  We've updated QUnit about 5 times to upstream release
  during 1.20 development, when is our release coming :)
