Update git submodules

* Update extensions/OATHAuth from branch 'REL1_34'
  to cf8447838b88027638da54ee7adbe8f010651097
  - Fix removing scratch tokens

    Due to using unset(), array keys would be preserved, and therefore, for loop would crash.
    Now using array_splice, but had to "reset" the values on construct to fix currently broken
    arrays.
